§ 22-468. Incorporation by reference.

This division incorporates by reference all applicable state law provisions and thus does not address every subsection of O.C.G.A. 43-37-4 or O.C.G.A. Title 44, Chapter 12 entitled "Rights in Personalty," including without limitation the section on pawnbrokers at 44-12-130 et seq. This Ordinance is designed to define the role of the Madison Police Chief and the Madison Police Department in dealing with pawnbrokers and dealers in precious metals and gems who operate a business within the city limits of Madison, Georgia.
