§ 6-40. Taxes.

(a)

There is levied an excise tax per state law.

(b)

Each wholesale distributor shall furnish to the city a summary of all purchase invoices sold to each retailer in the city by the 20th day of each month following such purchases. This shall show the amount of excise tax paid.
