§ 78-105. Hearing.

A violator who disagrees with the notice may within six days of receipt thereof file a written request for hearing before the mayor and council. The hearing shall be held within 90 days after the filing of the request. The violator shall be advised of the time and place of the hearing at least five days in advance. At any such hearing the city and the violator may call and examine witnesses and present evidence, after which the mayor and council shall make a decision regarding the notice of violation.
