§ 78-152. Traffic laws.

The provisions of this article that apply to motor vehicles, shall apply to unlicensed vehicles, except that the penalties prescribed in O.C.G.A. §§ 40-6-390(b), 40-6-391(c) and 40-6-393(a) shall not apply to persons operating unlicensed vehicles.
